Is there an application fee?

Yes, there is an application fee of $35.00 per applicant over the age of 18. This fee covers the cost of a routine background and soft credit check.

Will the background or credit check negatively affect my credit score?

In order to insure we are choosing the right tenants for our apartments, we do run a routine background and soft credit check. Soft credit checks will not affect your credit.

What is required for a security deposit?

We determine the amount needed for a security deposit from the information gathered from the background and soft credit check during the application process. 

The best possible outcome would be two month's security deposit and the first month's rent due at the time of lease signing. 

The worst possible outcome would be two month's security and a cosigner along with the first month's rent due at the time of lease signing. 

 

What are the requirements for a cosigner?

Anyone looking to be a cosigner must also fill out an application and pay the application fee. They must have a credit score of at least 650.

How long does the application process take?

The application process takes approximately 3-5 business days. We are unable to rush the processing of applications.

What is your pet policy?

Cats are allowed, but must be spayed/neutered and up to date on all vaccinations.

Most dogs are allowed. We do have a restricted breed list from our insurance company, but no weight limit. All dogs must be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and registered with the town.

There is an annual pet fee of $300.00 per animal.

Do you accept section 8 and other housing programs?

Yes, we do work with section 8 and other housing programs. 

​

Applicants with section 8 or other housing assistance programs also have to go through the application process.

Are you able to accept electronic payments?

As of January 1st, 2020, we are able to accept credit card card payments both in person and over the phone. 

​

There is a surcharge of 3.95%.
